II. International Conference on Laser Processes and Components (LPC) The rapid growth of Chinese market of laser processing offered bund of opportunities and business to industry players.? In China, market opportunities in the photonics sector and especially the laser processing market, continue to develop at a very rapid pace. From March 21-22, 2007 the "International Conference on Laser Processes and Components (LPC)" is being organized by Messe München International together with the Laser Zentrum Hannover and with LIA (Laser Institute of America), H) and in cooperation with COS-LPC (Chinese Optical Society-Laser Processing Committee). This two-day event is focusing on laser processing technologies, laser components and current developments and trends in laser technology This will be the second edition of the conference at the first LASER China, 27 speakers from home and abroad were invited to give their speeches. Over 100 audience were at the conference this March.

Symposium on “Latest Development and Advanced Technology of Laser Application” The second Symposium on “Latest Development and Advanced Technology of Laser Application”will be organized together by Messe Muenchen and Shanghai Institute of Optics and Fine Mechanics. Experts in the industry from colleges and institutes will be invited to give keynote speeches at the symposium under the topic of laser technology in basic research.
